Tiny Habits is being used by frontline hospital workers, parents working from home, start-ups, students, everyday people, and even huge conglomerates.
Why? Because it is simple and incredibly effective. It is a scientifically-backed system that helps create habits easily with the ability to cultivate them into larger, long-term behaviors. On the surface, Tiny Habits is simple, but the underlying tools, structures, and science of the system have many applications.

T3-Minute Highlights from TED Talk with Tiny Habit’s Creator BJ Fogg Tiny Habits® has been created by behavioral scientist BJ Fogg PhD who runs Stanford's Behavior Design Lab. Dr. Fogg’s research tells us that the gap between our goals and our actions is the sweet spot for change. According to Fogg, there are 3 ways to achieve long-term behavioral shifts, and they are:
Option 1: Have an epiphany
Option 2: Change your environment
Option 3: Take baby steps
Creating an epiphany is difficult. So rule out Option 1 unless you have magical powers—I don’t.
On the other hand, Option 2 and Option 3 are practical. And they can lead to lasting change if you follow the right program.
