Come and learn mindfulness in a supportive group setting in a charming historic house in the peaceful country town of Charlbury. This 8 week training program you will learn alongside others  which has been shown to deepen the understanding of mindfulness as well as create positive social connections.

Is This For Me?

If you are interested in learning mindfulness or want to deepen your practice and have the chance to share your experience with like minded people then this program is suitable for you. Learning and practicing as a group helps give different perspectives to your learning which will strengthen your understanding as well as being part of a social group that will support you. Mindfulness training is not about your personal history but about developing skills and insight in the present.

The Program

 The mindfulness for
well-being program is an integrated and  updated form of MBSR and MBCT. It is run over 8 weeks with guided practice and self inquiry. This is not therapy but the outcomes of mindfulness practice are often therapeutic.

What to bring

 A small notepad and pen you may also want to bring a yoga mat as there is some very light stretching,

yoga blocks or cushion, chairs are available, 

an attitude of acceptance of others and a good sense of humor.
